Hobo’s Huntsman's Journal™ for Kingdom Death: Monster has now larger page format!

The First Quality Improvement Stretch Goal!

Oh man. It’s been a quite hasty week.

This morning we hit the first Quality Improvement Stretch Goal! Faster than I could ever dream of. THANK YOU ALL!!!

Our Brand New Hobo’s Huntsman's Journal™ for Kingdom Death: Monster has been a success.

LARGER PAGE SIZE FORMAT

By this milestone I can add a few small (yet super useful!) note boxes on each Monster’s Journal Note Page, and enlarge the font size a bit. Everything just got better, guys!

But, as always, nothing comes for free. For us this means more used materials, more wasted materials and, higher shipping costs (due to weight of the larger book). So I definitely want to make it count.

LET’S REACH OUT THE NEXT QUALITY IMPROVEMENT STRETCH GOAL OF 50+ SOLD COPIES — IT WILL AFFECT SIGNIFICANTLY TO THIS AND ALL OUR FUTURE PRODUCTS! SPREAD THE WORD!

Have a great Friday 13th!

Hello Phil, (and sorry for my late reply, this blog doesn’t send any notification about new comments!)

Thank you! Oh no, that’s very unfortunate to hear that you didn’t get the best out of the previous book right away. I really wanted them all to get as heavy use as possible. Now that we have achieved Journal stretch goals we can replace our old tools with new professional ones, and now I’m looking forward for better product quality and better possibilities for upgrades. The process has developed since the first edition of Settlement Book, and all future products will benefit from that.
And using a wirebind is really a key for upgradable book. I will look into it.

Just love the concept and quality of your products. I am strongly considering to preorder but I am a little worried about it getting less useful as more content comes out. The settlement book for example. I received mine just in time to finish a campaign and since I immediately then started on the CGE I never actually got to use it :( of course not your fault but any insight for us to be able to update the books in the future would be helpful in my decision making. Off the top of my head, using a binding that made it possible to add pages down the track for example. Thanks and keep up the good work.
