DESIGN NOTES:
This unofficial expansion has been a collection of countless idea sketches in my drawer for over two years now. While I was designing the Settlement Book II™, I wrote down new notes weekly — sometimes daily — whenever I came up with an interesting idea. Now the best ones will finally make it into this book. But remember, this is a prototype, and changes are possible on every parts of this expansion, but always for better.

This expansion will be heavily based on custom fan-made content and ideas. It may alter the gameplay either easier or harder, depending on various things. While I'll try to keep the changes minor enough, the whole campaign may find a new, unexpected course when this expansion is used. If you don’t want to experience your game this way, maybe you should reconsider if this is for you, after all.
— But, for those who have played the game multiple times or otherwise wants to try a new perspective and thematic touch on familiar things, this is definitely for you!

How it works?
This book will dedicate a specific page for each location. Survivors must actively manage locations to access their benefits.
Each page will feature either Story Events, actions, options, innovations, recipes, recycling, upgrades or something else, depending on the location type. Some locations are upgradeable to be more efficient when you pass the tasks they require.
Some of them may need a cooperation with other active locations.
Many locations also comes with custom game cards that will spice up a bit your Kingdom Death campaign. The cards comes in sizes of small, medium and large.
Select carefully the right survivors to manage a specific locations provided they meet the necessary requirements.
What it means?
For example, the Scholar can only be the person who has the highest understanding in the settlement and is free of specific disorders. Which will be challenging if they happen to be also the best hunter.
Or, the leader of the settlement will be the Chosen One who has the highest Reputation. However, it’s not all fun and games. Over time the leader’s role becomes increasingly burdensome and the weight of responsibility takes its toll. It’s not a pretty sight.
I’ll strive to create each location and role as thematic and grim as possible.
What's so special about this book expansion?
You’ll be managing your settlement in ways you’ve never done before, and figuring out the best options will be both exciting and tough. Who is so valuable that they don't need to depart for the risky higher-level hunt?
You’ll also gain a fresh perspective on showdowns and hunting. Subtle changes will enhance various aspects without disrupting the overall balance, particularly in how characters interact with their surroundings.
Pillar II Expansion
This basic edition of Hobo's Settlement Villagers™ is a Pillar II level addition to your campaign. It includes content managing and some dependencies between locations.
This expansion brings a new book, themed custom gaming cards, and exciting new custom content to your Kingdom Death campaign, giving you even more opportunities to dive into the role-playing experience.
Hobo's Settlement Villagers™ Expanded Edition is Pillar III expansion. It's more complicated and has much more content to balance with.

Replayability in mind
Most likely all of these locations will not be available in each campaign, or with the same available options. The replayability will offer new ways to play for a long time.
These fan-made content pieces will be meticulously crafted and designed.
